Qualification : B.Tech, BE, ME, M.Tech ,MCA,Msc
Knowledge :
ü Good project Management skills
ü Prior experience in Defining a Project Scope and do Effort Estimation
ü Should Be able to Create Te! st Strategies/Test Bed and set up Test environments
ü Experience in conceptualizing requirements into Functional, System and Integration test cases / plans
ü Good Test Management experience with ability to independently plan, monitor and execute projects
ü Should be able to Manage a small Team of Testers

ü Exposure to testing automation

ü Good communication/listening skills

ü Ability to work as part of a team
