Job Description:
Competent Test Analyst with excellent understanding of testing practices; capable to interacting with business people towards requirements fulfillment.
Skills Required:
▪ Extremely strong communication skills.
▪ In-depth knowledge of Test strategy, Test plan and Test management techniques.
▪ In-depth knowledge of Testing methodologies, Test approach, Testing types, Test design and Implementation.
▪ Knowledge of standard software estimation and test result analysis techniques.
▪ Aware of Test Pr! ocesses and Standards.
Preferred Skills:
Domain Knowledge in Banking.
Strong Leaderships skills.
Experience in functional and automated testing tools.
Test Certifications like CSTE, ISTQB.
