· MCA (BE preferred) with 5 – 7 years of experience
· 2+ years of automation testing experience of large scale web-based applications preferably using Open source technologies and tools.
· Experience in performance testing of large scale web-based applications.
· Skills ! on team handling/operational management such as tracking/monitoring/controlling.
· Effort estimation, requirement evaluation skills.
· Strong on system debugging skills and focus on quality of system.
· Excellent skills to design and write quality Test cases/traceability matrix.
· 2+ years leading projects in a dynamic fast paced environment.
· Familiar with web technologies and open systems like Tomcat, Apache and Mysql.
· Aptitude for working with Linux systems and tools –! ; some knowledge of languages (Java, Perl, Python or Shell) a ! plus.
· Strong personality with demonstrated ability to prioritize various (dynamic) business drivers and make assertive decisions.
· Small learning curve, inquisitiveness and ability to contribute and absorb in a continuous learning environment.
· Good communication and leadership skills. Person should be able to work without supervision
